Entertainment – Carrie Underwood, Time McGraw win big at CMT Music Awards 2016

The CMT Awards took place Wednesday night, with many fan-favorites bringing home awards. Country singer Carrie Underwood took home two awards last night, including Female Video of the Year for “Smoke Break.” Underwood also took home the award for Performance of the Year. Tim McGraw won Video of the Year for “Humble and Kind,” and Little Big Town won Group / Duo Video of the Year for “Girl Crush.” Thomas Rhett took home Male Video of the Year for “Die A Happy Man” and thanked his wife for being the inspiration for the song. Performances of the night featured many collaborations, including Dierks Bentley and Elle King’s performance of “Different For Girls.”
