White House to showcase ‘Mandela’

The film “Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom” is set to screen at both the White House Thursday and the Kennedy Center on November 20.

The movie based on the life of former South African president Nelson Mandela will be shown in front of a White House audience to include President Barack Obama, Mandela’s daughters Zindzi and Zenani Mandela and the films actors Idris Elba and Naomie Harris.

Hillary Clinton will host the screening at the Kennedy center.

The film is set to open in U.S. theaters November 29.
