Paul McCartney has made plans to marry his fiancé, Nancy Shevell, at London’s Marylebone Town Hall where he first married 40 years ago. They posted their notice of intention to marry at the venue, and have a year after Sept. 30 to hold the ceremony. The town hall’s location in central London makes it a popular spot for celebrity nuptials, and was host to Beatles drummer Ringo Starr.
McCartney married his first wife Linda there in 1969. She died of cancer in 1998. He remarried with Heather Mills, though they divorced in 2008. McCartney and Shevell have been dating for four years.
