Dancing With the Stars”, two-time champion Julianne Hough is returning to the shows as a judge this season. Hough left the show in 2009 to focus on acting and music, she featured in “Safe Haven,” ”Paradise,” ”Rock of Ages” and the 2011 remake of “Footloose” and released a best-selling album in 2008. The new season launches Sept. 15 on ABC.
