A man has been charged in the attempted sexual assault of a woman while using a Taser.
According to police, 58-year-old Paul Mannina knew his victim, who lives near the 2700 block of Chesapeake Street.
Mannina forced his way into the victim’s home at around 10 a.m. on the 5th of June, pulled out a taser, and attempted to assault the woman. Mannina also used pepper spray and beat the woman.
Mannina was charged with assault with the intention to commit first-degree sexual assault while armed as well as burglary while armed.
