Garey Jones III of Northwest D.C. has been arrested for the stabbing of a woman. The 20-year-old was arrested on Saturday in connection with a stabbing that occurred on June 19th.
Jones allegedly tackled the woman, cut her with an object, and then fled. He has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
Three other attacks took place near the 1100 block of Allison Street NW, in the Petworth area on May 5th and June 14th. Jones is being investigated as a possible suspect for those stabbings as well.
