The Washington Redskins are in the beginning steps of designing their new stadium, according to owner Dan Snyder. “Whether it’s Washington, D.C., whether it’s another stadium in Maryland, whether it’s a stadium in Virginia, we’ve started the process,” Snyder said. The Redskins have been playing in FedEx Field in Landover, Md., since 1997. No timeline for the plans’ approval has been set, Snyder said.
