Rock and Roll Academy opens its doors

With the strong support of rock and roll leghe Brennan Rock & Roll Academy has opened in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Cooper says his primary motivation for opening the academy is to keep teens and young adults out of trouble by providing them with a constructive outlet. “Give me your 9-millimeter,” Cooper said to a crowd of prospective Academy students, “and we’ll give you a guitar.” The rock star has recieved a big boost for his project from his friend Chuck Brennan, founder of Dollar Loan Center, who has donated $100,000 to the Academy and has committed to pay the rent for the building housing the Academy for 20 years.
