Gospel singer BeBe Winans has written a book about the late Whitney Houston. “The Whitney I Knew” will feature what is described as “heart-breaking accounts that led to her ultimate defeat.” The book will also include never-before-seen pictures and personal videos of the singer-actress. Winans, who sang at Houston’s funeral, knew the star for many years. “The Whitney I Knew” hits shelves July 1.
Earlier this month, it was announced that Houston’s mother, Cissy, was also writing a book about her daughter, which is due out next year.
