WORLD – Disney cruise rescues suspected migrants


A Disney cruise ship headed towards the Cayman Islands picked up 12 suspected migrants southeast of Cuba on Sunday.  The U.S. Coast Guard reported the rescue. The group of suspected migrants were found around 8 p.m. on Saturday.  The Disney Wonder was heading from Miami to Grand Cayman. The 12 Cuban migrants were on a “rustic” vessel, U.S. Coast Guard 7th District spokesman Jon-Paul Rios said. Rios added that it’s not clear if the migrants were heading to the United States.
