Libyan rebels have claimed control of most of Tripoli following an attack that brought about the end of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi’s 42 year regime. The whereabouts of Gadhafi remain unknown after the rebels secured the capital of Libya.
“The real moment of victory is when Gadhafi is captured,” the head of the opposition’s National Transitional Council, Mustafa Abdel-Jalil, said at a news conference. The Libyan rebels have also announced that they have caught another of Gadhafi’s sons, raising the number of his children in custody to three.
