It is the last weekend to see the office of “Meet the Press” moderator Tim Russert at the Newseum. Russert’s office went on display at the museum in late 2009. The office looks almost identical as it did June 13, 2008, the day Russert died of a heart attack at age 58 while recording voiceovers for his next show at NBC’s Washington bureau. The “Inside Tim Russert’s Office” will be relocated to Russert’s hometown Buffalo where it will go on view in the fall at the Buffalo History Museum.
