The District’s mayor, Vincent Gray, will hold his monthly breakfast meeting with members of the D.C. Council on Wednesday morning. The meeting will be the first time the executive has met with the legislative arm of the District government since the resignation of council member Harry Thomas, who was charged with embezzlement earlier this month. Mayor Gray is also due to hold his bi-weekly press conference after the breakfast.
