The Secret Service says a bullet hit a window of the White House, but was stopped by ballistic glass. An additional round was found on the exterior of the White House. Both rounds were found Tuesday. This follows an incident under investigation when bullets were heard fired on November 11. The bullets found Tuesday have not been conclusively connected with that previous incident.

On Friday night, the Secret Service and Park Police responded to reports of a shooting around 9:30 p.m. An assault rifle was found in an abandoned car, the owner of the gun fled. A warrant is out for the arrest of 21-year-old Oscar Ortega-Hernandez. It is believed Ortega may still be in the area.
