A woman was detained outside of the Bethesda Naval Medical Center after she reportedly ran her car into barricades at the entrance to the facility on Tuesday. She apparently fired a shot before being contained by area officers.
Angela Akosua Cobblad, of Manassas, is being investigated for the incident. Her car was reported traveling more than 90mph on Route 66 before being apprehended, but never managed to get onto military property.
