Montgomery Country Delegate Susan Lee is running for state Senate.
On Tuesday, Lee announced that she would seek the office in legislative District 16. She says she will be running for the seat left vacant by Sen. Brian Frosh, who is running for attorney general.
Lee has been a member of the House of Delegates since 2002. She has also served on the House Judiciary Committee.
Lee is a civil rights and intellectual property attorney.
