Actress Katie Holmes is returning to Broadway for the first time in four years. The 33-year-old “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark” actress will star in the new play, “Dead Accounts.” Holmes, whose divorce from actor Tom Cruise has flooded headlines this month, will play the role of Lorna. “Dead Accounts is a five-character play that tackles “issues of corporate greed, small town values and whether or not your family will always welcome you back … with no questions asked.” Tony Award-winner Jack O’Brien will direct the show, which is set to debut this fall.
