Friend and “Amanda Show” cast mate Drake Bell responded to some of the criticism surrounding Amanda Bynes. He referred to her as his sister and says he speaks to her on a daily basis.
“She’s the same beautiful, funny, artistic, thoughtful person that she’s always been, but she decided to change her hairstyle. She got a bad hairdo and shaved her head, so she had to get extensions. Now everyone’s like ‘oh, you’re crazy.’”
Bell insists that he has not experienced any of the antics that the media has been portraying about Bynes.
Whether Bynes returns to acting is strictly related to her rapping career. According to an interview with the Huffington Post, producer Daniel Herman of Chinga Chang Records offered her a record deal and his confident she will sign it. Herman says that Bynes is no joke.
