Based on allegations that she tossed a marijuana bong from her apartment window on the 36th floor, Amanda Bynes is due in court for charges of reckless endangerment, and attempted tampering with physical evidence.
The 27-year-old is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday. Bynes was arrested in May after building officials called police stating that she rolling a joint and smoking marijuana in the apartment lobby. Officials arrived at the apartment where they say they saw heavy amounts of smoke and a marijuana bong on the kitchen table. Prosecutors say Bynes tossed the bong out a window in front of the officers.
Bynes rose to stardom with her Nickelodeon appearances on “All That” and “The Amanda Show”. She also starred in “Easy A” in 2010, but has been in the news lately for her run-ins with the law and her bizarre public behavior.
