The House is expected to vote on Friday on whether or not to expel Rep. George Santos, R-NY, from Congress. There have been two previous attempts to expel Santos from the House.
To be expelled a two-thirds majority vote is needed. If Santos is expelled, New York Governor Kathy Hochul will have to call a special election within 10 days of the expulsion to fill the seat.
