Former Maryland State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has been convicted on two counts of perjury by a federal grand jury. Mosby’s indictment accused her of making false statements on loan applications for two Florida vacation homes in 2020.
She faces a maximum of five years in prison for each perjury count. “I’m blessed, I have nothing else to say,” said Mosby following the verdict.
