Diana Lalchan is being charged with fatally shooting her husband on Friday. An employee of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Lalchan called police late Thursday night and confessed to killing her husband after a series of arguments that made her feel unsafe.
Lalchan is 27-years-old and faces charges of second-degree murder. She is currently being held without bond.
