U.S. Park Police are looking for Oscar Ramiro Ortega, 21, who allegedly fired shots from a semi-automatic rifle near the White House on Friday night. They obtained a warrant which charges his with “carrying a dangerous weapon.” An abandoned vehicle was found near Theodore Roosevelt bridge following reported gunfire at 16th Street and Constitution Ave. Secret Service says the White House was not the focus of Ortega’s attack.
