A football coach at Annandale High School is issuing an apology to the school’s band after kicking them off of the field.
According to the school newspaper Annadale’s band, the Marching Atoms, was in the middle of their last home field half-time performance of the season when coach Michael Scott intervened. Scott reportedly told his team to head to the field and begin their warm-ups about three minutes into the band’s half-time show.
The school’s principle, Vincent Randazzo, sent out a letter of apology Thursday and assured the band member’s parents that Scott would apologize to them.
