Kelvin Walker of Fort Washington received a life sentence plus 20 years for his participation in a 2011 murder and robbery.

The 23-year-old was sentenced Wednesday for the crime in which he used the stolen gun of a police officer to shoot 17-year-old Justin Isaacs outside his home. Walker then stole money and a gold chain.

According to prosecutors, Walker showed little remorse as he boasted to associates about his crime.

He will be required to serve a minimum of 35 years before he is eligible for parole.
