Police are charging 25-year-old National Guardsman Justin Matthew Beaumont with misdemeanor trespassing after he was caught in North County High School on Monday without reason or approval. Beaumont apparently said something about having been bullied as a student there year ago. He was unarmed, but police say they found several loaded and unloaded weapons when they searched his home. The guns, which included an AK-47, were all legally owned.

Beaumont is receiving emergency psychological treatment at Sheppard Pratt Hospital in Towson.
