Randy Jackson will Judge American Idol for Another Season

With the next season of American Idol beginning in just a few weeks, producers are hard pressed to get the latest panel of judges lined up.  Interestingly enough, there was talk of replacing the last man standing from the original panel; Randy Jackson.  Jackson allegedly was rather displeased with this proposition, and negotiations with pop star Enrique Iglesias for a judging slot consequently fell to the wayside. He has not officially signed on yet, but is reportedly very close to doing so. It has been confirmed he will be seated alongside pop music megastar Mariah Carey.
