Baltimore officials have cancelled the outdoor premiers of a new Kanye West video because the organizers of the event did not obtain permits from the city.
The premiers had been scheduled at Bromo-Seltzer Arts Tower, the Walters Art Museum and the Baltimore Museum of Art all at 10 p.m. West has been projecting his music video “New Slaves” on to the public walls of numerous cities.
Police say the event was cancelled due to the large crowds the videos could evoke without the organizers seeking permits.
