Lauren Bacall, the husky-voice Hollywood icon, died on Tuesday at the age of 89. Bacall passed away in her Manhattan apartment due to a stroke. She is best remembered for her roles in “To Have and Have Not”, “The Big Sleep” and “Key Largo”. During her eight decade long career, Bacall won two Tony Awards, a Golden Globe, the Kennedy Center Honors and an honorary Oscar.
