Rapper-actor 50 Cent was hospitalized Tuesday after being injured in a car accident in New York. According to his publicist, 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was taken to New York Hospital Queens for “minor neck and back injuries” but is now “doing fine.” The 36-year-old “In da Club” rapper was hit by a Mack truck. The driver of the truck hit Jackson’s SUV after the load he was carrying shifted, causing him to lose control of the vehicle. Bruce Miller, who was driving Jackson’s SUV, was also injured. Both Jackson and Miller have been released from the hospital.
