Prince George’s County police say 33-year-old Christopher Crawford has been charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of 40-year-old Tony Proctor. Police say the two men were friends. Police say they got into an argument before Crawford shot Proctor late Saturday night. Proctor died at the scene.
