ISIS encryption techniques impeding FBI

ISIS and other terror groups are now using encrypted programs to communicate with potential followers on social media without FBI tracking. FBI director James Comey told Senate that ISIS has 21,000 English-language speaking followers on Twitter, who may become recruits. The FBI and the NSA want technology companies to have a way to break their encryption if presented with a warrant. Comey argues that current protection of consumer information is leaving the country vulnerable.
