More missiles were fired into the ocean by North Korea on Monday. The country had previously launched four other missiles over the weekend. South Korean military officials are still trying to figure out precisely the kinds of missiles that the North has been launching.
North Korea’s state-run Central News Agency labeled the launches as drills. While it remains unclear just what kind of missiles are being used, there is the chance that they could be short-range missiles or large-caliber rockets. Either one poses a threat to other countries, including South Korea and the United States.
