Police tackled a barefooted man who was throwing lit firecrackers over the White House fence Monday.
The unordinary event took place just hours after at least twelve people were killed in the Washington Navy Yard shooting.
Three Secret Service members arrested the man who was described as caucasian, with dark hair, wearing white shorts and a blue shirt.
No injuries have been reported.
