Service member’s benefits announced at “Salute to Service”

The Veterans Administration Medical Center will host the event “Welcome Home: A Salute to Service” in D.C. Saturday.

The event, which will be held at Nationals Park, will welcome veterans, service members and their families. The gathering will provide information on service member’s benefits such as healthcare, education, housing, financial assistance and employment.

The event will take place from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
