The corpses of four people were discovered in a Northwest home after a fire the Metropolitan Police Department is calling “very suspicious.” The fire happened on Thursday, at about 1:30 p.m. at the 3200 block of Woodland Drive. According to Metropolitan Police Department Chief Cathy Lanier, three adults and one child were found dead on the second floor of the house when fire crews arrived. The blaze and deaths are currently being investigated by a joint arson task force. Authorities have refused to release information on the identities of the victims or if they were related. A team of officers went through the neighborhood asking people for any information and let everyone know what had happened.
