A Virginia man has been charged after making threats to bomb an apartment building.
Twenty-year-old Caleb Elijah Haxton distributed the threats after he received a notice of eviction from the same apartment complex. The threat was reported to police Wednesday, and a disturbing looking device was discovered upon a search of his residence.
The device was disabled Thursday morning and sent to a lab for assessment.
Haxton is being held in Montgomery County Jail.
