Acclaimed rapper Kanye West has pleaded not guilty in a battery case involving a photographer.
West is facing charges of misdemeanor battery and grand theft for the incident which took place between the rapper and paparazzo Daniel Ramos at Los Angeles International Airport July 19.
The alleged victim claims West punched him and caused his camera to hit the floor.
If convicted West could face up to six months in jail along with a $1,000 for each of the two charges.
He is set for another court appearance on January 23.
