Parents of an 8-week old boy allegedly got high and passed out in their car alongside their infant. An officer from Anne Arundel County found the couple asleep inside their car Saturday afternoon in the parking lot of a McDonald’s on Generals Highway. The infant was in the back of the car and was very alert. Police had to physically wake the couple up, both slurred their speech and stumbled out of the car. K2, a synthetic marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were found inside the vehicle. The 20-year-old couple,Brooke Michael and Michael May have been charged with neglect of a minor and drug possession. The infant was released to his grandfather.
