Maryland – Latest Update: A local prosecutor takes a stand to help the daughters of Gladys Tordil

Nikki and Grace are the two teen daughters of Gladys Tordil, who was reportedly shot and killed by estranged husband, Eulalio Tordil last Thursday afternoon. Gladys was a chemistry teacher at High Point High School. A local prosecutor, County State Attorney Angela Alsobrooks insists on helping the teen daughters. Alsobrooks said, “They have no other relatives here. Their closest relative as we understand it is in the Philippines.” Alsobrooks said that the daughters are currently in foster care. Alsobrooks stated, “They’re living with a foster family now, and we’re working to try to bring an aunt here who’s living in the Philippines.  My office is working as we speak to try to find a way to bring their only relative here to be with them.”
