Halle Berry marries in France

Representatives confirmed on Sunday that Halle Berry married French actor Olivier Martinez in France on Saturday.

It’s the third marriage for the Oscar-winning actress, who says she is expecting a baby with Martinez. The couple has been close since meeting on the set of “Dark Tide” last year.

Martinez was by Berry’s side while she fought a custody battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, a Canadian model who fathered Berry’s 5-year-old daughter.

Berry and Aubry reached an agreement over custody in November, only shortly after Aubry and Martinez engaged in a fistfight in Berry’s Hollywood driveway.

Berry was previously married to NBA player David Justice and singer Eric Benet.
