Bon Jovi eliminates concert fee for Spain

American rock star Bon Jovi and his band are disregarding their performance fee for a concert in Madrid. The act is in response to Spanish fans hit hard by the country’s economic crisis.

Tickets for the band’s sold out concert on June 27th cost between 18 and 39 Euros, which is half the price of most Bon Jovi concerts. The singer stated earlier that he and his band almost did not play in Spain, fearing a poor demand from fans, but Bon Jovi also noted that he did not want to let his fans down.

The money made from ticket sales will only cover the costs of staging the concert.
