The final installment of the “Twilight” movie series is scheduled to open in theaters in less than three weeks. The anticipation and intrigue surrounding the film has only been compounded by the attention surrounding the off-screen relationship of actors Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. The two were in a romantic relationship until Stewart very publicly had an affair with her director for another movie. Pattinson and Stewart seperated but have since begun an attempt to reconcile. They haven’t let their romantic rollercoast effect their performances, as the Breaking Dawn II trailer shows several moments of intimacy between their respective characters.
Adding to the onstage-offstage drama is the movie’s music video. Ongoing substance abuse treatment for Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong forced them to cancel their tour dates for the rest of the year, but they have given their fans, and Twilight’s fans, something new in its place. They will be starring, “The Forgotten,” the music video for Breaking Dawn II. The song will also be featured on their upcoming album “¡Tre!” The video will utilize a pre-recorded version of the song and feature alternations between clips of the band and the movie.
