Actors Tina Fey, Jane Fonda and William Shatner don’t just perform in front of the camera. The three stars proved Tuesday at the Audie Awards that their work outside of Hollywood, particularly their book writing, is also worthy of awards.

Fey received Audie Awards, which are annually bestowed to writers for exceptional audio books, in two categories. The former SNL star received awards for Audio Book of the Year and best Biography/Memoir for her narration of her million-selling “Bossypants.” Acadamy Award-winning actress and star in “Klute,” Fonda, won in the Personal Development category for her book “Prime Time.” Shatner, famous for his role as James T. Kirk, captain of the USS Enterprise in Star Trek, won Humor for “Shatner’s Rules.”
