Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie suspended his GOP presidential bid on Wednesday, the announcement coming days before the Iowa leadoff caucuses. He has not yet endorsed a candidate.
“Campaigns are run to win. That’s why we do them,” said Christie. “It’s clear to me tonight that there isn’t a path for me to win the nomination.”
