Round-trip tolls for commuters on the Dulles Greenway often reach over $60 a week, and have just been ruled as “reasonable” by Virginia’s State Corporation Commision. Delegate David Ramadan, who led the charge against the rates, said on Wednesday that he expects to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court of Virginia.
“I am incredibly, incredibly disappointed with the State Corporation Commission– not surprised, but disappointed,” Ramadan said.
