The Baltimore Harbor Tunnel was closed for seven hours on Wednesday night after a significant amount of cash fell out the rear door of an armored truck. It is unclear how the money came out of the Brinks armored carrier. The tunnel reopened around 4 a.m. and police say most of the money has been picked up. It is unknown how much cash escaped from the truck.
