An investigation is underway after Georgetown University alerted authorities of possible ricin in a dormitory. The substance found early Tuesday was initially reported to be ricin. Initial tests for biological agents by D.C.’S Fire and EMS Department proved the substance was negative and students were told they could remain in all campus building. A suspect has been identified and interviews are being conducted. Authorities now have the substance and further testing being performed to confirm if it is ricin.
