A man who posed as a cable utility man in order to gain access to a house in Woodbridge, VA, is being sought by police for charges of sexual assault against a 15-year-old girl. The girl reported the assault on Monday afternoon. Apparently the man, who has not been identified, came to the door asking for someone who does not live there and claiming to be working for a cable company. He returned with a knife and forced the girl into a bedroom and assaulted her. The man finally fled when the girl kicked and screamed at him.
Police have released a composite photo of the suspect, describing him as a young black male in his twenties. He was reportedly wearing black pants and dress shoes, a red shirt, and a grey jacket. The public is urged to come forward with any information they may have.
