The driver of a livestock tractor trailer which overturned on a Virginia highway was recently charged with reckless driving. The driver allegedly ran the trailer off the side of the highway, and it overturned on the median divider at about 5:30am on Monday. Many cattle escaped the overturned truck, and were wandering on the highway. Police were able to round up the last cattle at about 4pm.
